Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Payment is via Paypal who accept Switch, Visa and Mastercard. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and Paypal will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Shipping and Handling
Postage and shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your order. Orders can only be posted to the card holders address.
All orders are posted using Signed-for delivery. This means that you must sign for your order at the point of delivery. The are no exceptions to this rule.
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of this and offer you the choice of waiting, choosing an alternative item of equal value or refunding that part of your order.
Next day delivery can arranged by selecting this option on check out. This applies to orders received before 1pm unless prior arrangement has been made. this excludes custom made to order products.
All quoted prices include VAT where applicable. This does not include any customs import charges that may be incurred when ordering internationally.

You can return your item(s) to us within 7 days of receiving your order for a complete refund of the product cost. Postage costs will not be refunded. All that we ask is that the item(s) must be returned to us in their original as new condition with all of the tags attached and the item(s) still in their original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer.
If your item was sent on a Free Delivery Offer, the cost of this will be deducted from your Refund.
You are entitled to return your item(s) to us in their original condition within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange. This means that you can replace your original order with item(s) from our online shop up to but not exceeding the value of your original purchase. You are strongly advised to use signed-for (recorded) delivery when returning orders – we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post.
If you are returning an item that is because of an error that we have made, all postage costs will be refunded by us including the cost to return the item to us..
